A welcome return to the Uist Wool family of tonal DK yarns, Alba blends classic natural creamy Lleyn with bursts of auburn and copper provided by Soay and Manx Loaghtan. Alba is a very special yarn as we only get small amounts of Soay & Manx Loaghtan each year. The 2025 batch is a hint darker than our original blend but gives a caramel oaty biscuit tone that's magically pleasing to the senses.
